Refund policy
Returns
If you would like to return an item purchased online, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please contact us first at info@distinguishme.eu. We will provide instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received. Where possible, it should also be returned in its original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item, packaging, or contents are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@distinguishme.eu and include your order number together with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The right to return does not automatically apply to products simply because they are handmade or prepared after the order is placed.
However, items made according to the customer’s specific instructions, clearly personalised, or otherwise tailored to individual needs are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us first.
In many cases, the fastest way to arrange an exchange is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original eligible item according to this policy.
Return shipping costs
If you are returning an item because it does not fit, does not suit your preferences, or is otherwise no longer wanted, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or there has been an error on our side, we will review the case individually and, where appropriate, cover the return costs or offer another suitable solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Where applicable under consumer law, the original delivery costs will also be refunded.
