1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the online store www.distinguishme.eu and the purchase of products offered through it.
1.2. The online store is operated by MB Distinguish me (the “Seller”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1.3. By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1.4. These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy published on the website.
2. Products and Orders
2.1. We offer handmade accessories for dogs and other pet products through our online store.
2.2. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer places an order through the online store, provides the required information, selects a payment method, and completes the payment.
2.3. If the Buyer does not agree with these Terms, the Buyer must not place an order.
2.4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it, if the information provided is inaccurate, if a pricing or technical error has occurred, or if we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud. If payment has already been made, the Buyer will be informed and refunded accordingly.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices are displayed on the website as indicated at checkout.
3.2. The Buyer must pay for the products and any applicable delivery charges using the payment methods made available in the online store.
3.3. The order will be processed after successful payment confirmation.
4. Product Availability and Dispatch
4.1. Most of our products are handmade to order. Unless otherwise stated, orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
4.2. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will inform the Buyer as soon as reasonably possible and refund any amount paid without undue delay.
4.3. If a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, we may offer an alternative only with the Buyer’s agreement. If the Buyer does not wish to accept the alternative, the amount paid will be refunded.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery terms, estimated shipping times, and other shipping-related information are provided in our Shipping Policy.
5.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer.
5.3. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Buyer upon delivery, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
6.1. If the Buyer is a consumer purchasing online, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify us in a clear written form by email at info@distinguishme.eu before returning the goods.
6.3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the Buyer’s specific instructions, clearly personalised items, or other goods excluded from return by applicable law. A product is not treated as non-returnable merely because it was handmade or prepared after the order was placed.
6.4. Returned items must be sent back in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
6.5. Where the Buyer validly withdraws from the contract, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Refund & Returns Policy.
7. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
7.1. The Buyer should inspect the products upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the products are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
7.2. If a product is faulty or does not conform to the contract, the Buyer may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

8. Buyer’s Obligations
8.1. The Buyer must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
8.2. If the information provided by the Buyer is inaccurate, incomplete, false, or misleading, we reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or refuse the order.
8.3. The Buyer must use the website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
9. Seller’s Rights
9.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will apply to orders placed after the revised Terms are published on the website.
9.2. We may temporarily suspend or limit access to the website for maintenance, technical, security, or other important reasons.
9.3. We are not responsible for temporary website unavailability, technical interruptions, or transmission errors beyond our reasonable control.
10. Personal Data and Marketing
10.1. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10.2. If the Buyer subscribes to our newsletter or otherwise gives separate consent to receive marketing communications, the Buyer may withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Electronic direct marketing should rely on prior consent where required by law.
10.3. Order-related and service-related communications may still be sent where necessary for the performance of the contract.
11. Liability
11.1. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
11.2. We are not responsible for differences in product appearance caused solely by the Buyer’s screen or device settings, where the product otherwise corresponds to its description.
11.3. These Terms do not affect the Buyer’s statutory consumer rights.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
12.2. Any dispute, claim, or disagreement should first be addressed to us directly by email at info@distinguishme.eu. We will review consumer complaints and provide a response within the period required by applicable law.
12.3. If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, the consumer may обратиться to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) or another competent out-of-court consumer dispute body in accordance with Lithuanian law. VVTAT guidance states that consumers should first contact the trader in writing, and that the trader must provide a reasoned written response within 14 days.
