Refund policy
We understand that you might not be satisfied with the product once you get it. That is why we apply 30 days return policy. This means that you have 30 days to request a return and return your item.
Returning:
The product must look the same way you have received it: unworn and commercially intact. If you would like to return your received product, email us at info@distinguishme.eu and we will send you instructions on how to return it. Products that are being sent without informing us, are not eligible for return. If you have any questions regarding returns, please email us using info@distinguishme.eu.
Damages and issues:
After receiving the package from your courier/post office, always make sure to check whether the package is undamaged and whether all of the ordered goods are in the package intact. If the product or packaging is damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@distinguishme.eu.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
- Made-to-order goods that do not meet standard measurements and cannot be used a second time;
- Gift cards;
- Items purchased on sale/discount.
We strive to make customers happy, that is why you can always contact us and we will discuss the specific situation individually.
Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with the product you received (size, color, style, etc.) and you want to exchange it for another one of our products, the fastest way to do this is to purchase the desired product and return the existing one.
Refunds:
After receiving the product and confirming the return, the money will be transferred using the same payment method as at the time of purchase (unless otherwise agreed).
